Due to increasing administrative requirements and decreasing reimbursements from most insurance companies, we have decided to no longer accept commercial insurance as of January 1, 2026. We will continue to accept TRICARE! 

Patients with commercial insurance plans will be charged our low self-pay rates, and we will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
